Referral - Terms and Conditions

Referral payouts will be considered for unique referees (Referred Students) only who are unique to the Cue Learn Pvt Ltd (“Cuemath”) System.

Referrals are not considered for referrers who have referred themselves or their dependents.

Successful referrals shall mean each such referred parent (a) has enrolled in Cuemath courses for 6 months or more and (b) 45 days have elapsed post enrolment of the referred student, which if not the case the rewards will clawback.

The Cuemath Referral Program eligibility is determined by Cuemath at its sole discretion.

Cuemath reserves all rights to cancel, edit and modify any and all terms & conditions of the Referral program, at any point of time in its sole discretion.

The Cuemath Referral Program is solely intended for personal and non-commercial use of the Referrers. The referral link may only be shared with your personal contacts and not the public at large.

Spamming the referral link or soliciting potential referral contacts through search engine marketing, other advertising channels, or by building websites to generate traffic to the referral link is strictly prohibited.

Cuemath reserves the right to disqualify any member who obtains a referral bonus through fraud or abuse of this Referral Program or violates any of its terms and conditions.

Cuemath reserves the right to cancel the reward or disqualify anyone for any fraud.

Referral rewards will be paid out as class credits within 7 days of successful referral conversion, which can be used at the renewal.

If multiple referrals have been received for the same parent within validation period, in such cases the referral payout will be credited to the referrer through which the referral was first received.

Referral will not be considered if a discontinued customer gets referred by an existing customer within the validation period.
