Given, three squares are attached to each other
Each square is attached at the midpoint of the side of the square to its right.
We have to find the perimeter of the complete figure.
Considering Square 1,
The side of square 1 is 6 m.
Considering square 2,
Given, square 2 is attached at the midpoint square 1.
Midpoint of square 1 = 6/2 = 3 cm
The side of square 2 is 3 cm
Considering square 3,
Given, square 3 is attached at the midpoint of square 2.
Midpoint of square 2 = 3/2 = 1.5 cm
The side of square 3 is 1.5 cm
Perimeter = sum of all sides
So, perimeter of the given figure = 6 + 3 + 3 + 1.5 + 1.5 + 1.5 + 1.5 + 3 + 6 + 6
= 18 + 9 + 6
= 33 cm
Therefore, the perimeter of the complete figure is 33 cm.
