Solution:
The number of grams of proteins in 75 gms of sauted fish = 20 grams
Number of grams of protein in 1 gm of sauted fish = 20/75 = 4/15 grams
Therefore grams of proteins in 225 grams of fish = (4/15) × 225 = 60 gms
Thus we have used the unitary method for our calculations here.
