We have to find 52% of 700 using two ways described in the figure.

Method 1:

1% of any number is found by multiplying by 0.01

= 7

Now, 52% of 700 = (1% of 700) × 52

= 7 × 52

= 364

Method 2:

52% of 700 = (52/100) × 700

= 52 × 7

= 364

We observe that method 2 is easier.

Therefore, the value of 52% of 700 is 364.
