Solution:
Total quantity of cotton wool = 6(1/4) = 25/4 kg
Quantity of cotton wool required for one pillow = 1(1/4) kg = 5/4 kg
The required number of pillows = 25/4 ÷ 5/4 = 25/4 × 4/5 = 5
