Some of the expressions formed by 5, 7 and 8 are as follows:
(a) 5 × (8 - 7)
(b) 5 × (8 + 7)
(c) (5 + 8) × 7
(d) (8 - 5) × 7
(e) (7 + 5) × 8
(f) (7 - 5) × 8
Therefore, 5 × (8 - 7), 5 × (8 + 7), (5 + 8) × 7, (8 - 5) × 7, (7 + 5) × 8, and (7 - 5) × 8 are the some of the expressions formed by 5, 7 and 8.
