Solution:

A cube is a 3-D solid object with six square faces and all the sides of a cube are of the same length.

The net of a cube is formed when the 3D figure with the square faces is flattened by separating at the edges making it into a 2D figure. Through the net of the cube, we can clearly see the six faces.

Now, by observing the figures given in the question, only those nets can be used which results in a cube by folding them.

Only the nets in (ii), (iii), (iv), and (vi) can be used to make cubes.
