Solution:
Length of cloth required for one shirt = 2(1/4) + 1/8
= 9/4 + 1/8
= (18 + 1)/8
= 19/8 m
Length of cloth required for 6 shirts = 19/8 × 6 = 57/4 = 14(1/4)m
