⇒ pq²a = (4pq)² + 2(4pq)(3q) + (3q)² - (4pq)² + 2(4pq)(3q) - (3q)²

⇒ pq²a = 2(4pq)(3q) + 2(4pq)(3q)

⇒ pq²a = 48pq²

⇒ a = 48
