Solution:

Length of photograph = 14(2/5) cm = 72/5 cm

Breadth of photograph =10(2/5) cm = 52/5 cm

Width of border = 2(3/5) cm = 13/5 cm

length of framed photograph = (72/5 +13/5 + 13/5) = 98/5 cm

breadth of framed photograph = (52/5 +13/5 + 13/5) = 78/5 cm

Area of framed photograph = 98/5 × 78/5 = 305(19/25) sq. cm.
