Given, the number is 8,19,00,000

We have to express the number in standard form.

Any number can be expressed as a decimal number between 1.0 and 10.0 including 1.0 multiplied by a power of 10.

Such a form of a number is called its standard form or scientific notation.

For standard form,

8,19,00,000 = 819 × 10⁵

= 8.19 × 10² × 10⁵

Considering 10² × 10⁵,

For any non-zero integers ‘a’ and ‘b’ and whole numbers m and n,

a^m × aⁿ = a^{m + n}

Here, a = 10, m = 2 and n = 5

m + n = 2 + 5

= 7

10² × 10⁵ = 10⁷

So, 8,19,00,000 = 8.19 × 10⁷

Therefore, the required value is 8.19 × 10⁷.
