We have to express the given notation in the usual form.

For any non-zero integers ‘a’ and ‘b’ and whole numbers m and n,

a^m ÷ aⁿ = a^{m - n}

8.01 × 10⁷ = 801/100 × 10⁷

= 801 × 10⁷/10²

Considering 10⁷/10²,

Here, a = 10, m = 7 and n = 2

m - n = 7 - 2 = 5

a^m-n = 10⁵

Now, 8.01 × 10⁷ = 801 × 10⁵

= 801 × 100000

= 80100000
