Solution:

No. of Steps    Distance Travelled

375                       x = ?

A distance of 50 m is covered by taking 75 steps, hence by taking 375 steps the distance covered will be obviously more. Hence, the number of steps is directly proportional to the distance covered.

x = 50 × (375/75)

x = 50 × 5

x = 250 m

x = 0.250 Km
