Construct a triangle PQR such that PQ = 6 cm, QR = 7 cm and PR = 4.5 cm
Solution:
Steps of Construction:
1. Construct a line PQ of length 6 cm.
2. Taking P as centre, construct an arc of 4.5 cm radius.
3. Taking Q as centre, construct an arc of 7 cm radius which intersects the previous arc at the point R.
4. Now join PR and QR.
Therefore, triangle PQR is the required triangle.
