Solution:
To construct a right-angled ΔDEF, where ∠E=90°, EF = 4 cm, and DF = 6 cm, draw a rough sketch for your reference and mark the measures.

Steps of construction:
- Draw a line segment EF of length 4 cm.
- At E, draw EX perpendicular to EF.
- With F as the center, draw an arc of radius 6 cm which should intersect EX at point D.
- Join D and F.
