To construct a parallelogram POUR,
1. Draw a line segment PO = 5.5 cm
2. Draw ∠POX = 70°
3. With O as centre and radius OU = 7.2 cm, draw an arc.
4. With U as centre and radius UR = 5.5 cm, draw an arc.
5. With P as centre and radius PR = 7.2 cm, draw an arc such that it intersects the previous arc.
6. Join PR and UR.
Therefore, POUR is a required parallelogram.
