2. With H as centre and radius HE = 4 cm, draw an arc.
3. With O as centre and radius OE = 3 cm, draw an arc such that it intersects the previous arc drawn at E.
4. With E as centre and radius EM = 6 cm, draw an arc opposite to the side HE.
5. With O as centre and radius OM = 4 cm, draw an arc intersecting the previous arc at M.
6. Join HE, OE, EM and OM.
Therefore, HOME is a required parallelogram.
