Solution:
An integer is a number with no decimal or fractional part, from the set of negative and positive numbers, including zero.
a) Let us have - 2 and -10
Difference = - 2 - (-10)
= - 2 + 10
= 8
b) Let us have -10 and 5
Sum = -10 + 5
= - 5
c) Let us have - 2 and 1
Difference = - 2 - 1
= - 3
