A triangle can be constructed by taking two of its angles as:
(a) 110°, 40°
(b) 70°, 115°
(c) 135°, 45°
(d) 90°, 90°
Solution:
We know that
The sum of all angles of a triangle is 180°
So the sum of any two angles should be less than 180°
(a) 110 + 40 = 150°
(b) 70 + 115 = 185°
(c) 135 + 45 = 180°
(d) 90 + 90 = 180°
Therefore, a triangle can be constructed by taking two of its angles as 110°, 40°.
