A number is divisible by 11 if the difference between the sum of digits at its odd places and that of digits at the even places is either 0 or divisible by 11.
1331 is a number divisible by 11 because the sum of odd digits and even digits i.e. 1 + 3 and 3 + 1 is 4 and 4 - 4 = 0
Thus 1331 is divisible by 11.
Similarly 7194 is divisible by 11 because the difference of the sum of odd digits i.e. 7 + 9 =16 and sum of digits in even position i.e. 1 + 4 = 5 is 11(16 - 5) and it is divisible by 11.
