a₂ = 3, b₂ = -6 c₂ = 0
a₁ /a₂ = 1/3;
b₁/ b₂ = 1/3;
c₁/ c₂ = 0
a₁ /a₂ = b₁/ b₂ ≠ c₁/ c₂.
Hence, the given lines are parallel.
Hence, it has no solution.
Therefore, the given pair of lines are inconsistent.
