Solution:

Given, a googol is the number 1 followed by 100 zeroes.

We have to write googol times of googol as a power.

Required value = googol × googol

For any non-zero integers ‘a’ and whole numbers m

a × a × a⋯ m times = a^m

Googol = 10000………..000

= 1 × 10¹⁰⁰

= 10¹⁰⁰

So,  googol × googol = 10¹⁰⁰ × 10¹⁰⁰

For any non-zero integers ‘a’ and ‘b’ and whole numbers m and n,

a^m × aⁿ = a^m+n

= 10^{100 + 100}

= 10²⁰⁰

Therefore, the required value is 10²⁰⁰.
